In traditional yoga, we focus on themes of enlightenment or spirituality. In trauma-sensitive yoga we focus more on being present in the mind, body, and soul. This is done through poses and breath-work with meditations at the beginning to help you get comfortable with befriending different sensations within the body. Trauma-informed Yoga is a wonderful tool that is designed to help improve the quality of your mental health and help make your human experience more comfortable.

How Does it Work?

 

Our trauma-informed yoga classes in Logan, UT are designed to support healing from anxiety, depression, and trauma. With a slower pace, open communication, and inclusive options, each class helps you reconnect with your body in a safe, welcoming space. All ages, body types, and experience levels are welcome—because everyone deserves to feel seen, supported, and empowered.
