Around the new year, I hit a wall of depression and anxiety that had been building for some time. I sought help at Cache Ketamine. The experience was life-changing. The treatment was profound on an experiential level and the effects of the medicine are still lasting. The treatment is best accompanied by thoughtful effort, including journaling, exercise, proper diet, sleep, time outdoors, meditation, social time with loved ones, and creative endeavors, to name a few, but I had most of these things in my life before and the treatment enabled me to reset and experience the love in my life more completely. I highly recommend it and would be happy to answer any questions about it.

I can’t say enough good about Cache Ketamine. But I’ll try: The staff is phenomenal. I’ve never felt so comfortable around every single employee. They genuinely care about me, my treatment, and my success. I look forward to seeing any and all of the staff every week. The office is beautiful, peaceful, and clean to help you have the best experience possible. As for ketamine itself, it’s a life changer and has already made such a difference in my daily struggles with depression and anxiety. I can’t recommend Cache Ketamine enough. But I’ll try: Go there. Do it.

An absolutely amazing place. I've suffered from various chronic illnesses for over a decade now and Cache Ketamine is one of the few places that actually listens and focuses on helping me me manage my situation rather than just assuming false things about whats wrong with me within five minutes and then billing me for the pleasure, like so many other have. They are also constantly improving the experience for their clients. The ketamine Treatments have giving me hope and is allowing me to live more fully than i have for the past decade. Every time I go in it seems like they've improved the ketamine experience by getting black out curtains or better chairs recliners. I can't recommend these guys enough.

Can’t say enough nice things about this clinic. All the providers are so knowledgeable and really want to help you. I mainly worked with Ashley, and she is absolutely amazing, and is probably one of the most empathetic people I’ve ever met and you can tell she really cares about you as a person. Colby is awesome as well, and really works to make sure you are getting the right dose of treatment. I’m so sad I have to move away from Logan, because they are awesome. Highly recommend!

I was very nervous to start taking a medication for my anxiety and depression. Ashley Smith was wonderful in listening to my needs and concerns. She suggested the GeneSight testing to see which meds would work best for me and my DNA. The office staff is very friendly and return your call when they say they will. I am very appreciative of all they do for their patients.

Cache Ketamine provided me the opportunity to tap into my most inner self. Ketamine broke down my mental walls. In a sense, it put me into a meditative state that allowed me to experience an ability to feel open-minded, understanding, and a love for myself that I didn’t think possible. The guidance I received from Colby during my sessions helped me to allow myself to accept my emotions and put them into perspective. He helped me to immensely decrease my OCD tendencies, anxiety, and need for perfectionism. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone wanting help with their depression, anxiety, or other mental blockages that are difficult to overcome on one’s own.

For context, I am a 28-year-old woman who has struggled with anxiety most of my life. Before starting ketamine therapy, I was experiencing anxiety to the point that I was struggling in school, waking up frequently at night, and just not functioning in my day-to-day life. Simple tasks had become incredibly overwhelming and life felt like it didn't hold any promise anymore. During a 3 am Google search, I found Cache Ketamine & Mental Health and set up a consultation where I was diagnosed with GAD and decided to try ketamine therapy. After my first session of ketamine, I felt a significant reduction in my anxiety and now I feel better than I can remember feeling in a very long time. I certainly made more progress in one week of ketamine therapy + traditional therapy than I have in 4 years of traditional therapy alone. Starting ketamine therapy with Cache Ketamine & Mental Health has been a life-changing experience and it has been worth more than every penny. Colby, Janeth, and Heidi are also so genuine and wonderful--I really can not recommend Cache Ketamine & Mental Health enough!

I would highly recommend Colby Martin and his services. I could tell that he really cared and wanted to help me. He made sure I understood everything about the ketamine treatment and answered all of my questions. I have been dealing with anxiety for about 10 years and took daily meds to help with it for the last 5 years. I found out about Colby and his ketamine treatments and decided to try it. It was the best decision I ever made. Ketamine helped me more in one session then being on meds daily for 5 years ever did and without the side effects. He really is the best.

Highly, highly recommended! Improved quality of life. New hope. Knowledgeable, common sense, compassionate and professional care. For 50 I have experienced various intermittent mental health issues including anxiety and irretractable depression and PTSD, rendering me disabled. I have seen the best of professionals and used a variety of approaches for decades with some good results and some progress. Still finding myself with little hope and desperation, I was referred to Cache Ketamine by a pharmacist. My mental health counselor suggested ketamine and my psychiatrist referred me to Cache Ketamine and Colby Martin. Colby is now a part of my team that also includes a mental health therapist, psychiatrist and others. I have found Colby to be a very well educated, practical, kind and compassionate health care practitioner. He uses an approach with ketamine that includes preparation, treatment and integration to get the most out of not just the medication, but the experience. His approach all the way around is conservative, professional, practical, comfortable and caring. The quality of my life has improved with the addition of ketamine treatments with the expertise of Colby Martin at Cache Ketamine and Mental Health Clinic; and in ways that I did not expect. It has been a blessing. I enjoy the peace I experience. I am grateful for the real healing that is taking place. I do have a long road ahead of me yet. And I move forward with new knowledge, understanding, confidence and new hope and help. I am grateful that Colby sought out answers for those who were still suffering with mental illness after using what medicine has to offer. Having anxiety on a daily basis was something I thought I'd just have to learn to deal with, and HAVE been dealing with my whole life. After my sessions of ketamine with Colby Martin I am no longer having my anxiety every single day, if all anymore. The sessions helped me learn how to process my anxieties in a way counseling would not have been able to do, so fast. It's changed my life, my perspective on life, my way of thinking and how I approach any anxiety that shows up. Colby Martin and his people were amazing, caring, and accommodating. I wish I had more stars to give. It felt like the treatment took a lifetime worth of psychological buildup and broke it apart and disintegrated it. It felt like session after session I was sifting through the biggest weights in my mind, the medicine effortlessly would dissolve every bit of contention I’d bring to the table. There’s no words that can really add it all up, I just want to say that after going through the whole treatment regimen, I am beyond impressed and grateful for the staff and the treatment that they administer. It really feels like in some small way, person by person, they are doing the work of saving the world. Saved mine anyway. If you’re deep in a pit and you’ve lost hope that any treatment will make you feel better, (and you can afford it $$) do yourself a favor and set up an appointment.

They provide a variety of services and support to meet individual needs. Colby, Ashley, Ashley and Garrett have all provided excellent care, each with their own expertise and gifts. Ketamine treatments have done what no other medication could do for me over a lifetime. This clinic is dedicated to providing a comfortable and safe setting for these treatments. The providers attend me with every treatment and provide caring individualized support. They are a model of what ketamine treatments should look like. Not all providers are as careful and conscientious of the experience and support individuals need as they commit to this life changing, life saving treatment.

I started ketamine for my CRPS. I had such severe pain I was unable to get out of bed and do normal task. Ketamine has been the only thing that has got me back to my normal life. Cache valley ketamine is a wonderful and peaceful place. They will never pressure you and always take time to listen to you before and after. I feel so comfortable even when I am in such a vulnerable place.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the ketamine treatment I underwent at this facility. It played a major part in guiding me through some of the darkest days I've ever experienced. I am not sure how I would have coped without this treatment, and for that, I am immensely thankful.
The past year has been one of the most challenging periods of my life. With know one to call or to have come sit by my side when I needed it most, with feelings of loneliness and despair often overwhelming me. It's an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone.
The staff was great. They were always supportive and had genuine empathy. Cache Ketamine provided me with the necessary support and care I needed during a particularly tough time in my life. The journey is still ongoing, but thanks to the wonderful team here, I feel better equipped to face whatever comes my way.
