In 2021 she received her Masters of Science Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Northwest Nazarene University, graduating with honors. Ashley holds a firm belief that the picture of optimal health for each individual isn’t a “one size fits all”; taking a patient-centered approach to physical and mental health rather than a textbook disease-centered approach allows her to cater a plan specific to each client she treats. Knowledge is power, and Ashley strives to elevate her patients’ well-being by empowering them to be an informed participant and decision maker in their own ideal picture of optimal health. She prides herself in holding safe space to build a trusting relationship, with the common goal of improving your sense of mental health well-being. It is her privilege to experience life’s most vulnerable moments with the clients she serves.
Colby Martin
Colby is a native of Utah who graduated from Utah State University before completing the Red Rocks Physician Assistant Program in Colorado while earning a Master of Medical Science degree from Saint Francis University in Pennsylvania.
While working in community health, he developed a strong interest in psychiatry and addiction medicine but became frustrated with the limited options available for patients who do not respond to typical treatments. While researching alternative approaches, he became fascinated by the emerging evidence supporting psychedelic-assisted therapies and ultimately brought ketamine treatment services to Cache Valley.
Recognizing both the potential benefits and risks associated with psychedelic treatments, Colby completed training in Psychedelic Harm Reduction through MAPS in 2020. In 2023, he also participated on a committee that helped guide legislation in Utah to ensure an appropriate balance between patient access and safety standards for ketamine administration.
In 2025, Colby completed formal training in the administration of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), an FDA-cleared treatment for depression and OCD.
He strives to stay current with the most evidence-based approaches to mental health treatment, recognizing that effective care may involve medication, neuromodulation therapies such as TMS, ketamine treatments, and lifestyle factors such as nutrition, exercise, and overall wellness.
Outside of work you can find Colby camping, 4-wheeling, and playing pickleball.

Tabitha Womack
Tabitha Womack brings a unique whole person approach to mental health care, grounded in years of frontline experience and a deep passion for helping others thrive. She worked full time in Fire and EMS, where she saw firsthand the gaps in patient care, especially in mental health. Her background in emergency medicine, combined with her work in mental health settings, allows her to meet patients with empathy, realism, and practical support.

She integrates movement, nutrition, mindset, and daily habits to support mental health, resilience, and long term healing alongside ketamine and TMS therapy. Her approach is collaborative and empowering, helping patients build confidence and consistency rather than feeling overwhelmed or alone.
Outside of work, Tabitha enjoys traveling, rock climbing, pottery, and spending time outdoors, activities that reflect her belief in the powerful connection between nature, movement, and mental well being.

Ketamine has the ability to improve symptoms in patients within hours. This is an incredible alternative to traditional medication that typically takes several weeks to start working. We are the only clinic to provide Ketamine therapy to Cache Valley and offer an extremely competitive price point compared to other clinics in the US. Using gentle magnetic pulses, TMS stimulates areas of the brain involved in mood regulation—offering a safe, medication-free path toward relief. This advanced therapy reflects our dedication to helping individuals in Logan and throughout Cache Valley access lasting healing and support.
