About Health Coaching

Health coaching focuses on practical, realistic lifestyle support — such as nutrition, movement, sleep, stress regulation, routines, and habit formation — and is collaborative and individualized. Patients are met where they are and supported in making gradual, achievable changes that prioritize progress over quick fixes.

Health coaching is a great fit if you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to turn motivation into consistent habits. It’s especially helpful if you want structure and accountability between appointments, or if you’re working on things like sleep, stress, energy, routines, or lifestyle patterns that affect mental and physical well-being. You’ll be met where you are, and the pace will match your capacity.

Health coaching is not therapy or medical care, and it does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, it focuses on practical lifestyle support (nutrition, sleep, routines, stress regulation, movement, habit-building) to help you create steady, realistic changes. Coaching can work alongside therapy and treatment by helping you apply what you’re learning in everyday life.

6-Week Jumpstart Program

The 6-Week Jumpstart Health and Wellness Program is designed for individuals who are curious about improving their health and ready to begin making small, meaningful changes without feeling overwhelmed. This program focuses on simplifying the fundamentals of nutrition, movement, and mindset, helping participants build a strong, sustainable foundation for long-term wellness.

The program includes six 45-minute coaching sessions, with one visit per week over six weeks. Participants are guided through approachable, practical habits that fit into real life and support everyday well-being.

Jumpstart is ideal for those who are dipping their toes into change, seeking clarity and confidence, or wanting structured support as they begin their wellness journey. As these foundational practices become second nature, continued growth feels more natural making the path to better health feel manageable and encouraging.

3-Month Transformation Program

$650

The 3-Month Transformation Program is designed for individuals who are ready to take their health and wellness journey to the next level. Building upon the same foundational pillars of nutrition, movement, and mindset, this program goes deeper offering a more comprehensive, personalized approach to creating meaningful, lasting change.

Over three months, participants complete 10 individualized coaching sessions (45 minutes each) that intentionally build on one another. Sessions dive deeper into nutrition education, movement progression, stress regulation, and mindset work helping participants better understand their unique health needs while developing sustainable strategies for long-term success.

This program is ideal for those who are committed to growth and ready to move beyond the basics, transform daily routines, and create lasting, health-supportive habits with confidence and clarity.

CONTINUED SUPPORT & PROGRAM RENEWAL

Clients who would like to continue their coaching may renew a program at a discounted rate. Additional coaching visits may be added at any time for $60 per 45-minute session.
