How Does it Work?

Trauma-informed yoga classes have been scientifically proven to assist people in recovering from trauma. The goal of these classes isn’t just to gain mobility, strength, and flexibility, they are designed to help you learn to soothe your mind and body when dealing with symptoms of anxiety and depression. Every class takes a slower approach and has more communication, options, and time in poses than traditional yoga. This allows every person to feel encouraged, seen, and empowered to participate. These yoga classes in Logan, UT are for everyone in the area since none of us are free from traumatic experiences. ALL ages and body sizes are welcome. We strive to provide a judgement-free and safe zone.
